An experiencial journey into the heart of Hawaiian Shamanism — an Ancient path to True Freedom.
The ancient Hawaiians believed that the most profound truths of our being were found deep within the cells of our body. These teachings will give us ways to access this wisdom - energetically and physically opening the pathways from the profound intelligence of the body to the mind. Using ancient encoded movement, this work releases energies restricted by limiting belief systems, patterning, trauma and blockages. As these energies become free in our system, they add to, rather than impede, our forward movement in life. This happens without thought and without effort as we embrace our (forgotten) Natural State of Being. We are then able to approach life with all of who we are, and contact the place from which we can express our gifts fully, living a life of freedom, passion and compelling purpose. Mika'ike Trainings clear and strengthen us on all levels. Physically, the exercises are healing and balancing for the immune, endocrine, digestive, and nervous systems of the body. Jody Kealoha Mountain has been studying various forms of movement dynamics for the past 25 years. She has been immersed in Hawaiian Wisdom teachings for over 17 years and is a senior student of Kahu Abraham Kawai'i (now passed). Her passion is sharing the mana'o of her teacher as a vehicle for awakened consciousness. The Maika'ike Tranings provide a permanent acceleration of our 'internal speed',
