"Fresh Field of Possibilities "
Mercury continues its Retrograde phase in the pragmatic sign of Capricorn. It will soon shift into forward or direct motion by mid-month (right around the eclipse). We are also headed towards a Solar Eclipse in Capricorn at 25 degrees on January 14th/15th which signifies new beginnings. It is time to ground our visions and ideas and get a more clear definition of where our spot is in the overall flow of life. We must become focused, organized and serious about accepting new levels of self-responsibility for our life and choices. Mars continues its retrograde (inward energy) phase in the sign of passionate Leo. Each of us are taking another look at our creative expression and passion. We may even be learning new ways to assert ourselves in the wake of old situations that are arising to be resolved or healed. Laughter will help lighten the heaviness. Let love pour into the spots where you feel empty or in pain so healing occurs. Saturn in Libra at 4 degrees shifts into its introspective phase – Retrograde cycle on January 13th. Saturn will retrace its steps back into the late degrees of Virgo until it moves into direct motion on May 30th. Everyone will be revisiting and taking a serious look at relationships, marriages, partnerships, love, balance and the give/take within interactions as well as relating skills. Then in late May 2010 we begin to implement a new strategies to create equal loving partnerships and peaceful collaborations that honor each person involved.
Remember that Saturn/Pluto square (which was exact in November)activating all cardinal signs in the early degrees Libra/Capricorn/Aries/Cancer - will be back again in January (mid to end of the month yet it can be felt all month) and symbolically nudging each one of us to keep moving. Transforming limitations and finding ways to shift our energies by using this metaphor: “transforming coal into diamond” with the ongoing internal pressure. The expression of the energy is manifesting in extreme ways, fears are being unearthed. Subtle manipulation and power struggles are possible which only generate more intense tension. Back off a bit and take periodic breathers by meditation and aligning yourself to the peaceful center within. Remember whatever is happening is prompting you to use patience, empowerment, and teaching you to grow or mature through the process.
